Attack 1 rejuvenates a healthy body’s natural defense system and immune health. Regulates occasional nasal congestion. Can alternate this formula with Cough or Dry Cough if necessary.

Symptoms are typical of occasional nasal congestion and occasional stuffy nose. A good rule of thumb is to treat them aggressively and not allow them to progress. It can still take 3-5 days, but the symptoms will be more moderate than if it was allowed to run its normal course. A drying formula.

Unchecked, it will progress rapidly and entangle the Lungs with Wetness and Heat. Clinically, formulas like Yin Chao San are not as effective as they used to be for most people because viral strains mutate continually and it appears that each year, they become more virulent. This calls for a more aggressive formula to resolve the symptoms before they move deeper into the respiratory system.

Echinacea and Andrographis are two herbs that work well together to strongly clear Toxic Heat. They have been shown to have broad-spectrum anti-viral and anti-bacterial actions. A stuffy head and sinus passages indicate that the Wind-Heat and Wetness have blocked the flow of Qi, not allowing it to descend naturally. Angelica Root, Magnolia Flower, and Chrysanthemum Flower address this problem. Angelica Root works very specifically to clear the sinus passages of infection and opens the blocked Qi.
