Suggested Dosage: Recommended to take in the critical first 24-48 hours of an injury.
Take 2-3 capsules 2-4 times daily between meals. For acute pain, use the higher dosage and frequency within the first 24-48 hours, then, reduce the dosage and frequency as the pain subsides.
Caution: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If taken during menstruation, may increase the blood flow. At higher doses, do not take this formula longer than 2 weeks at a time. Stop for 1 week before resuming another 2-week course.
